How do I edit my credit card info at checkout?

Give this a try. If it doesn't work, please email us at support@paddleguru.com and I will try to force the reset on my end. 

If your payment data is saved it is only done by the company Stripe which handles our credit card processing. The only time you can edit or change this info (if it is saved) is during the checkout process for a race registration. So when you are ready to register for the race, fill everything out on your registration and then hit "Submit" at the bottom of your registration to bring up the payment process. 

There should be a small grey box that appears when you click submit on the payment.



If you have stored your card in the past, this box may ask for a confirmation to use your card again. There should be a back arrow in the upper left-hand corner of the box (the back option or arrow might be located in a different location if you are using a different device or internet browser). The back arrow will allow you to retrace your steps to the card entering information (shown in the image above).
