Claim a Race Registration

There are a few different scenarios where a registration, made by you or a friend/family member,  might not show up under your profile.

The first thing to do is make sure you have a RaceHub profile.

Once you have a RH profile, the next thing to do is to search for yourself using the "Athlete" tab at the top of the page. Once you have clicked the "Athlete" tab, you will be taken to our athlete database page. Here, search for your name in the search bar (we recommend using last names just in case your name was misspelled by a friend or family member).

When the search finishes, you should see at least two race profiles with your name on them. The one that is not watermarked with the RaceHub logo is your official athlete profile that you created. Any profiles with your name that have the RaceHub logo over them are "unclaimed accounts". Below we can see that Lana has two profiles.

To "claim" the account with your registration on it, simply click on the watermarked account.

The athlete page will indicate that the profile has not been claimed, but you can see that it has 1 upcoming event under "Races". The next step is to click "claim this account!" in blue and you can  then merge your accounts and bring your registration all under one profile.

If that was not helpful please contact support@racehubhq.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
