Customizing Emails for the Photo feature

Facebook Authorization for events who are using RaceHub for photos only.  In this use case case we send this email to all participants before the race: 

{Athlete Name}{Event Name} and Event Logo will be autofilled but custom content can be placed in {Sponsor Name} and {Any additional..........} Please email support@racehubhq.com if you'd like to customize the email templates

Email outreach to Athletes Tagged in Photos

Athletes who have been tagged in photos will receive an email like this:  

{Athlete Name}{Event Name} and Event Logo will be autofilled but custom content can be placed in {Sponsor Name} and {Any additional..........} Please email support@racehubhq.com if you'd like to customize the email templates

Email outreach for photos Untagged athletes

Athletes who have not been tagged in photos will receive an email like the two below.  Typically athletes that have not been tagged either were not wearing bib numbers or any clear identification or they did get photographed in the race.

Where do I find the email templates?

These templates can be found on your race page with the following url www.racehubhq.com/races/"yourracename"/admin/photos.

Can I customize the email templates?

Please email support@racehubhq.com if you'd like to customize the email templates. Please send the sponsor/event logos in .png format with a transparent background to us so we can send you can see a sample of the template before the event.
