Duplicate Race

To Duplicate your race from last year, begin by navigating to the Admin Dashboard of your previous year's race. 

Once there, navigate to the left side toolbar and scroll down to the heading labeled "Actions" and click on the "Duplicate Race" option. 

This will bring you to the duplicate race page. Here you can enter the new Race Title and all the necessary dates for your new race. 

If you find you cannot navigate to your exact desired date with the calendar pop up, just type out the date in the appropriate box following the (MM/DD/YYYY) format. 

Once you click "Duplicate Race and Begin Setup" you will be redirected to your new race page.

We recommend that the first thing you do is go through each of the 6 steps required to set up your race. Make sure all the dates information and details are accurate for your new year. You will probably have to make a few date and schedule changes at the very least (this is also a great opportunity to make any changes to your Events (like divisions, new events, and pricing). 

The one thing that you will most certainly need to address is the "Link Bank Account". For security purposes, your bank information does not copy over from year to year. Please fill this out right away and DO NOT open up your registrations to the public before this information is entered (a security freeze will go into place stopping incoming registrations and frustrating athletes).

After you have updated all necessary information and linked your bank, you will be ready to Publish Race Page and begin collecting registrations!
